The Hokitika Craft Gallery is situated in Hokitika on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island.
The West Coast is rich in heritage and is famous for its greenstone and native bush. It has been associated with extraordinary riches for many centuries. People began living here in the late 12th century (according to archaeological evidence), drawn by seasonal abundance of fowl, fish and greenstone.
The Hokitika Craft Gallery is open for your viewing pleasure from 8:30am to 5:00pm. During summer we have extended hours through the 8:30pm; and shorter hours of 9:30am to 5:00pm during our winter months of June/July/August.
Why not come in and view our work for yourself.
