Fuchsite
One of New Zealand's most rare stones. Only to be found in one area of the West Coast, Rimu in Hokitika.
An emerald green that serves as the base for the more rare gemstone Goodletite/Ruby Rock.
Although Fuchsite is a softer stone than Pounamu and is a little more fragile, the colours are more intense.
